For Trade and Charities, with 12,000 visitors the show provides an excellent opportunity to present and sell your products and services even if not related to machinery. To avoid disappointment we strongly recommend that you book your display plot as early as possible using the Trade form on this page and definitely before 8th June

All stallholders must be covered by appropriate licences and insurance. We would like to think that you have performed some sort of Risk Assessment as well. Please note that sale of the following is prohibited:  ready to consume food or drinks,  publications of political or dubious nature, catapults, BB Guns, firearms  or knives.

The value of entry passes bought through your booking form represents a huge discount from the standard prices at the gate and are valid for both days of the show.

We have long chosen a charity to support each year by offering them subsidised display areas and proceeds from the show; this year will be no exception. Also since we first joined in the FBHVC Drive it Day we have donated the profits of our run to our charity of the year which in 2012 is
