Closing date for entry was 30th April. Please ensure that you obtain entry forms in 2011 before 31st March and they are returned before 30th April especially if it will be your first time exhibiting.

• You keep your speed under 5mph at all times even outside public opening hours.
• You present your vehicle or display in a complete and clean condition.
• If self propelled your vehicles comply with Road Traffic Act, ie are insured(including show liability), taxed and tested.
• During the hours of public access you only move your vehicle under the direction of a Show Marshal, usually to move to the display arena; other movements must be accompanied by the Show Safety Vehicle.
• You insure static displays against public liability.

Full details will be sent with the entry forms. Please note the information on the entry form about wearing wrist bands while on site.

We have to restrict the entry to some classes due to space limitations so please include brief information about the exhibit with your initial enquiry. This may save you time later as receipt of a completed form is not a guarantee of a booking and marshals may select exhibits they think will achieve a balanced show.
